Minimum Order Requirements

A minimum order value of $200 AUD (before tax and shipping) is required per transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet this minimum.

Shipping Terms

In-Stock Items

Orders containing in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items have a lead time of up to 30 days.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Methods

We use reputable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Payment Terms & Deposit Options

Full payment is required at checkout for wholesale orders unless a custom invoice is arranged.
For select accounts, we offer 50% deposit on large pre-orders. Please contact us directly if this option is needed.

PO Numbers (Purchase Orders)

If your business uses Purchase Orders, a PO number field is available at checkout.
Enter your internal reference or PO number to help you manage your business records.

Returns, Damages & Claims

Returns

Due to the nature of wholesale pricing, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please review all product details before ordering.

Damaged Goods

Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
We'll issue a replacement or credit for eligible claims.

Wholesale Account Setup & Approval

We manually approve all wholesale accounts to ensure alignment with our brand.
