When will my sponges be shipped?
In most cases, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the business day after purchase. This may be impacted by public holidays and peak busy periods. You will always receive tracking information via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Depending on the value of your order, and where your parcel is going, there are different shipping rates:
For orders under $100
Shipping within Australia
- $10 standard shipping with AusPost (3-7 business days)
- $16 express shipping with AusPost (1-4 business days)
Shipping to NZ
- $12 standard shipping with AusPost (3-10 business days)
- $18 express shipping with AusPost (2-7 business days)
For all AUS/NZ Retail orders over $100 - Free shipping
We also offer international shipping at the following rates* (all parcels are shipped using Australia Post International):
For international orders Standard shipping 3-7 business days USD$19
Express Shipping 2-6 Business days USD$30
*Please note we aim to include tarrifs where possible at checkout.
What are your Wholesale Shipping Rates?
Shipping within Australia for orders up to $250 shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15. For all orders over $250 shipping is included in your order.

Your tracking number should have been sent to you via email once your order was dispatched. We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, it is outside our direct control.
If you have not received your tracking number, or there is an issue with your delivery, please email us at hello@aquaoi.com and we will follow up.
We accept payments via AfterPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Credit Card. Please note - if you are paying via PayPal eCheck it usually takes up to 6 business days for this to clear, which is when your order will be processed.
