• Face (Daily): Cleanse with circular motions, rinse well, and air dry
• Body (Daily): Lather with body wash, gently massage skin, rinse, and air dry

Daily care

Every 3 months

● Warm water and let cool for 1 minute
● Add 1 tbsp baking soda to hot water
● Submerge sponge for 5–10 minutes
● Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely

Avoid

● Storing while damp or in sealed containers
● Using bleach or harsh chemicals
● Leaving in bath water between uses
● Twisting or wringing aggressively
