How long will my sponge last?
With proper care, Aqua Zoi sponges can last up to 6 months. We recommend replacing once the texture becomes worn or too soft for best results.
Are Aqua Zoi sponges safe for sensitive skin or babies?
Yes! Our sponges are 100% natural, hypoallergenic, and antibacterial - making them safe for sensitive skin and gentle enough for babies and intimate areas.
What’s the best way to store my sponge?
After use, rinse thoroughly and let your sponge air dry in a well-ventilated space. Avoid storing it in a sealed or wet container.
What’s your return & cancellation policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, opened sponges cannot be returned. Need to cancel? Please contact us immediately before dispatch.
