Before First Use

Soak the sponge in warm water for 2–3 minutes until soft.
Rinse well and gently squeeze to remove any natural sea particles (like small shells or sand — this is completely normal).

Your Bath Routine

1. Soak
Wet the sponge in warm water until soft and fully expanded.
2. Cleanse
Use alone or with your favourite cleanser. Massage over skin in gentle circular motions.
3. Rinse & Dry
Rinse thoroughly, gently squeeze out excess water, and air dry.

Grown By The Sea

Sea sponges are real marine sponges, responsibly collected, and completely compostable.

1 SEA SPONGE replaces 8–12 disposable washcloths

Care For It Well

Sea sponges are naturally durable, and with simple care, can last 12+ months.
Daily care:

1. Rinse thoroughly after each use
2. Squeeze gently (don't wring)

3. Air dry in well-ventilated area

4. Keep away from standing water

Every 3 months:

1. Warm water and let cool for 1 minute
2. Add 1 tbsp baking soda to hot water
3. Submerge sponge for 5–10 minutes
4. Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely

Avoid:

1. Storing while damp or in sealed containers
2. Using bleach or harsh chemicals
3. Leaving in bath water between uses
4. Twisting or wringing aggressively

What is the return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. As our Sponges are a personal care product, we follow the strictest hygiene standards and with current regulations on personal care products Aqua Zoi Sponges can not be returned once opened.
When will I get my order?

In most cases, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the business day after purchase. This may be impacted by public holidays and peak busy periods. You will always receive tracking information via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are not manufactured they are naturally grown in the Mediterranean Sea. Our packaging is manufactured in Greece and Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
