Before first use: Soak in warm water 2-3 minutes until soft. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze to check for any natural sea debris (small shells or sand - it's completely natural!).
Bath time routine:
Soak - Wet sponge in warm bath water until plump and soft
Can be used with or without product
Gently cleanse - Soft circular motions
Rinse & dry - Rinse sponge well, squeeze gently, air dry
